From Twitch to Endeavor, Stuart is a leading authority in the gaming, esports and entertainment ecosystem. His notable achievements include launching Twitch’s business in Europe and managing Endeavor’s partnership with Epic Games. This led to many successful events including the record-breaking Fortnite 2019 World Cup Finals and Fortnite Celebrity Pro AM at E3 2018.
A titan in the esports community, Kim brings more than 13 years of experience working at Blizzard Entertainment. She developed the vision and strategy for their esports properties and directed company-wide global practices for tournament operations, international compliance, and player-team policies. In 2018 Kim joined 160/90 where she led and managed their growing brand partnerships in the gaming and esports spaces.
After spending nearly a decade at Twitch, Chris has renowned experience in the business of creator partnerships, the broader creator economy and strategic brand development. Mead's expansive knowledge ranges from having worked with global content creators directly one-on-one through to scaled platform efforts touching esports, gaming and lifestyle verticals.
A true digital native, Sue managed the biggest creators on Twitch as an Account Director for the platform for over six years, while also honing her craft as one of the most recognizable hosts in esports over the last decade. Due to her work spanning both fields, Sue’s depth of knowledge across both the creator and esports industry was recognized by Adweek (35 most powerful women in sports) & Forbes (30 Under 30).
One of the co-founders of Global Esports Management (G.E.M.), Min-Sik sold the agency in 2015 to Endeavor where he would join as VP of Esports and would help run the joint venture between Turner Sports and IMG as the Commissioner of ELEAGUE. Prior to Endeavor, Min-Sik managed leading global esports teams such as Ninjas in Pyjamas, World Elite, and SK Gaming.
Over the past two decades, Ratha has led operations for a wide range of properties including the Fortnite World Cup, ELEAGUE Major Boston, 2015 Special Olympics World Games, the US Open of Surfing and the Bank of the West Tennis Classic. Ratha joins RTS as VP of Operations where he will work across the company and its event partners.
Chris' professional journey has been both dynamic and diverse, spanning across the Air Force, tech sales and nine-years at Amazon Ads working with some of the world's largest advertisers. Most recently, Chris served as the Chief Revenue Officer at Azarus, an interactive ad tech company and now leads RTS' media advertising business, driving innovative strategies for our clients across anime, gaming and entertainment.
A specialist in merging brands and gaming communities, Eric brings 12 years of sponsorship, marketing and partnership experience in live events and esports. At NBC Eric developed innovative brand integrations across live televised events. While at ReedPOP, Eric oversaw sponsorships for premier gaming properties like PAX, New York Comic Con and Gamer Network.
With plenty of experience and incredible business acumen, Zack has co-founded two major esports organizations in RVRSL and Big E Gaming. Zach spent more than seven years with Pearl Media in a variety of roles helping brands engage with consumers. Most recently, Zach was the senior director of esports for Intersport.
Valerie has nine years working in collegiate esports since joining her local college esports club, Tespa. At Blizzard Entertainment, she supported grassroot gaming clubs to host their best events ever while growing their communities, building valuable talent and connecting a network of collegiate leaders to promote esports at the collegiate level.
Frank joins RTS with an extensive amount of experience in gaming and most recently spent over four years as a senior manager of esports and sponsorships at Corsair where he built relationships within the esports and creator industry. Previously, Frank worked at Riot Games, Blizzard Entertainment, and IGN.
With 15 years of marketing communication experience across several roles, Dan lives in the cross section between brand strategy and player expectations. Dan developed and implemented Brawlhalla Esports while at Blue Mammoth Games, and led community and influencer engagement at Adult Swim. Dan is skilled in digital marketing strategy, player research, and brand communications.
Jasmine joined RTS as a Partnerships Sales Coordinator and was promoted to Account Manager shortly after two years. She plays a key role in executing high-value client activations and optimizing sales operations. Jasmine graduated from Georgia Tech with a bachelor's degree in Information Technology in 2020.
With nearly a decade's worth of Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships experience, Justin "JV" Varghese brings a unique perspective to the gaming and esports space. JV seeks to ethically educate brands about the opportunities present in the gaming and esports space, with a focus on providing long term value to clients.
Cameron graduated from the University of North Texas in 2022, majoring in Public Relations with a Marketing minor. She managed social media strategy for UNT's esports program and also at RallyCry. Additionally, Cameron played a crucial role in expanding the audience and engagement for notable TikTok and Instagram influencers.
Sooah brings experience in media strategy and sales planning from Team Liquid and Seedtag, where she developed brand partnerships in gaming and digital media. A UC San Diego graduate in Business Psychology, she combines analytical insight with a passion for gaming to drive impactful collaborations at RTS.
Rick brings a wealth of experience producing gaming events, including working as a product manager for Twitch Rivals and architecting the TEKKEN World Tour. For more than 13 years, he has also led The Hadou, a creative consultancy focused on gaming competitions, community development, and merchandising. Rick is responsible for overseeing the overall strategic vision for Evo, as well as its day-to-day operations.
Mark has worked as Evo’s director of business development for more than six years where his role is to increase visibility and enhance the consumer experience for the fighting game community and the world’s largest fighting game event. Mark has over 21 years of experience in fighting games, brands, sponsorships and business development.
